Crystals and stones, which are intuitively selected based on the issue you want to address, are charged up and placed directly onto and around your body forming a personalized crystal grid. The charged crystals transmit positive, healing energy into and around the areas they touch and, collectively, throughout the grid and your entire energy field. While you are relaxing in the energetic cocoon of your crystal grid, LinDel will use a variety of sound healing instruments to help send the healing vibrations of the crystals more deeply within your whole being.

In the same way musical instruments fall out of tune, our energy body can fall out of harmony within and with the outside natural world. Specially-calibrated, medical grade tuning forks are used to help release your stale or stuck energy; balance and enhance your brain's performance; calm your physical body and harmonize your energy body’s electromagnetic field (aura, Qi field). The Alexander Method® tuning forks have been designed to match the frequencies of the 7 main chakras and their corresponding meridians, nadis and internal organs. This generates higher vibrations for your Body-Mind-Heart!

Near the end of the session, while you rest and bathe in the soothing vibrations, LinDel will use Tibetan singing bowls, icaros (sacred songs), or drumming in order to tune into whatever guidance may come through for you. Then she’ll use Om forks on your feet to help ground you with Mother Earth's frequency.

Since ancient times, medicine men and women have used Earth-based healing practices to assist their patients on their journey to wholeness. Modern shamans call the process of restoring the fractured piece a “soul retrieval”.

Through the use of various sound instruments, including drums, rattles and icaros (sacred songs), you are transported from ordinary reality into a sacred space of the timeless moment. In this deeply relaxed theta state of dream-like consciousness, LinDel works intuitively with her guides and yours to clear unresolved trauma, stuck generational or karmic patterns, or limiting soul contracts you may have. While this occurs at the level of your luminous energy field during the session, the healing filters through your spirit-mind-body, bringing wholeness throughout your being. 

Though past events cannot be erased, you can change how you relate to those events so they no longer rule your present or determine your future. In this way, you have the opportunity to transform unresolved trauma into a source of strength and wisdom.

Have you ever walked into a room and gotten a creepy feeling, or a weird sense that something wasn’t quite right in there? All spaces we spend time in have energies that affect our wellbeing to a more positive or negative degree. Sometimes if someone dies suddenly or violently in a house, his or her spirit may become trapped there causing an energetic imprint. We can also become affected by the energy the land our home sits upon, especially if it was formerly a battleground or burial site.

Negative imprints of the activities of the living can also affect the health and vitality of a place. For example, if there were a lot of angry arguments or violent actions that brought about a divorce, then an energetic imprint of rage can also be left behind in that house.

Space clearing is an ancient art of releasing lost souls, angry ghosts and other energetic imprints from natural environments or buildings and filling the space with love, peace and light. This helps restore balance to the place where the trauma occurred and the beings affected by that trauma, including the land spirits, the elementals, and tree and water spirits.
