LinDel has been a spiritual seeker most of her life. When physical, emotional or relationship challenges got tougher, she sought deeper paths to healing and wholeness. Sharing the teachings and tools that work for her has become part of her medicine in assisting others on their journey of healing and awakening. 

       LinDel has been teaching tai chi and qigong meditation for over 13 years and has had a personal practice for over 36. She combines these Eastern energy practices with crystal, sound, and ancient Earth-based shamanic healing techniques for modern-day, over-stressed people seeking alternative methods of healing and self-care. She also facilitates group sound healing and journeying sessions during Sacred Cacao Drum Circles and Full Moon Yoga and Shamanic Sound Healing events. (In-person only.)

       She studied for several years and earned certifications in various energy medicine modalities including: The Alexander Method® of Vibrational Sound & Energy Therapy); Shamanic Energy Healing with The Four Winds Society and additionally with Irma StarSpirit Turtle Woman. LinDel also apprenticed with Irma for another 2 years in her system, Medicineway Crystal Healing. LinDel's healing sessions are an intuitive mix of these methods, depending on the needs of the client.

       LinDel has been studying with The Mayan Wisdom Project for more than 3 years including traveling to Guatemala in person. She continues to learn from Mayan elders and traditional cacao farmers about the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of cacao. It is with deep respect that she shares some of what she learned about the sacred medicine of cacao, as well as Mayan cosmovision. 

       LinDel’s mission is to uplift, inspire and empower people to awaken more fully, reconnect with Mother Earth and walk in balance with All That Is.
